Booth Setup & Requirements
Art Booth Option 1:
Custom Backdrop
Description:
A custom made backdrop with two studio lights and a professional photographer and booth assistant.
Immersive Art Booths are open booths similar to a professional photography studio set.
Furnishing and props can be added to any set.
What we need:
The booth requires a floor footprint of 8 x11 feet.
We'll need an outlet nearby and an unobstructed entrance. If the event is not on a main floor we'll need access to an elevator. We also need ample time to set up. Each booth varies. An average amount of time would be 2 hours.
Art Booth Option 2:
Custom Set
Description:
A custom made set with at least two studio lights and a professional photographer and booth assistant. The set consists of three walls.
Immersive Art Booths are open booths similar to a professional photography studio set.
Furnishing and props can be added to any set.
What we need:
The booth requires a floor footprint of a minimum 9 x11 feet and ceilings at least 8 feet high.
We'll need an outlet nearby and an unobstructed entrance. If the event is not on a main floor we'll need access to a freight elevator. We also need ample time to set up. Each booth varies. An average amount of time would be 3 hours.
